Our review system highlights 16 facets of coaching designed to create healthy expectations between Athletic Directors and Coaches. Identify where your coaches are performing against their potential and where they’re performing against expectations. This is a system that can be used to create clear expectations which will eliminate drama, and will give clarity to where you can help your coaches grow their influence and effectiveness.
Level Up
Coach to Leader Course
This 6 session course is designed to equip coaches to move from just coaching, to leading. You will be given the tools to grow your self-awareness, your communication, your influence, your productivity and your relationships in order to maximize performance.
Using the results from the 5 Voices leadership assessment, we will build cards for you that highlight 5 areas for each player that enhance your leadership. What do they look like at their best? How do you earn influence with them? What is their communication style? How do they prefer to receive feedback? What should you look out for?

Camp Talks
Xcelerate
Our 6-month process is specifically created for Athletic Departments, where we walk your department through a journey of Alignment. The workshops include Transforming Team Communication, Maximizing Influence, Organizational Clarity, Team Performance, Multiplication Strategies, and creating a Liberator Culture. Ultimately, Xcelerate will grow each team leader in the department and put the responsibility of leadership on them for their employees, scaling healthy culture.
These sessions are designed to help A.D.s examine the landscape of college athletics to analyze external threats, internal threats, and a vision of the future. We use a strategic map to risk-gauge and strategically analyze pressures, roadblocks, lack of Leadership, expectations, and needed resources for your role.
AD Sessions
Groups specifically designed to help Head Coaches build community around the topics BETTER is all about. We will lead you through a guided personal leadership to grow your own leadership, arm you with tools, and provide you with community to go through your seasons with.

Unlock the power of the 5 Voices leadership assessment for recruits and players. This program gives you insight into how players are wired and maximizes your communication and influence with them. You will be equipped to recruit high school players, understand parents and HS coaches and to re-recruit your current players.
